5. AI Training and Model Development
VOX does not use your personal information, conversation transcripts, prompts, messages, uploaded files, voice recordings, video recordings, or other content you submit through the Services to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Your information is processed to provide the Services, generate requested responses, maintain platform functionality, ensure security, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
VOX will not sell your conversation data or use your personal information to train foundation models, large language models, or other general-purpose AI systems.
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual to analyze platform performance, improve product functionality, develop features, and support business operations.
6. Information Shared with Experts
AI Features available through the Services may be associated with individual experts, creators, professionals, organizations, or other third parties ("Experts").
When you interact with an AI Feature, information relating to your interaction may be shared with the Expert associated with that AI Feature.
Such information may include:
- Conversation transcripts;
- Questions and prompts;
- Uploaded content;
- Feedback;
- Usage analytics;
- Interaction history.
Experts may use this information to evaluate performance, improve their AI Features, better understand user engagement, and enhance the user experience.
7. Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers that assist us in operating the Services, including providers of:
- Cloud hosting;
- Data storage;
- Payment processing;
- Analytics;
- Security monitoring;
- Customer support;
- Communication services;
- Artificial intelligence infrastructure.
These providers are authorized to access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect the information they receive. VOX does not authorize service providers to use user conversation data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

- Protect the rights, safety, and security of VOX, our users, Experts, or the public;

10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

During the beta period, VOX may retain conversation transcripts, prompts, responses, uploaded materials, interaction history, system logs, and related session data for purposes including service operation, troubleshooting, security monitoring, abuse prevention, product support, and evaluation of the Services.
At this time, VOX has not established a fixed retention schedule for all categories of beta data. Retention practices may evolve as the Services mature and operational requirements become better defined.
We may also retain:
- Backup copies;
- Security logs;
- Audit records;
- De-identified, anonymized, or aggregated information.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of such information in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
